The cart goes in for the drinks reception or the evening, and it holds the room. It feeds people properly between the ceremony and the food, and it gives your guests somewhere to stand and talk. Most of my weddings are Central Scotland; I travel for the rest.
Engagements, hen dos, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings. Anything where you want people grazing all night instead of queueing at a buffet at nine. It scales from a front room to a function suite.
Launches, staff dos, Christmas, client evenings. It’s the thing people photograph, which is usually the point. Invoicing and lead times to suit — just tell me what you need.
Your guests help themselves and it keeps going all night. Every board is built around your date, your guests and what’s at its best that week.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free boards are no trouble at all — just tell me when you enquire and I’ll build around it.
Every booking includes the cart itself, delivery and set-up at your venue, full styling to your colours, all the food and boards, the stands, linens and lamps, serving tongs and napkins — and me clearing the whole lot away afterwards.
What it doesn’t include is you doing anything on the day. That’s rather the point.
There’s no price list, because a 30-guest engagement and a 120-guest wedding aren’t the same cart. Guest numbers, how long you want it out, your venue and your travel all move it.
